We use Shiprocket to schedule your orders. We pick the best suitable delivery partner for your order. Please ensure to add your complete address and contact details for the order to be delivered on time.

Your order is as important to us as it is to you. Our in-house customer care department will be happy to assist you with any queries or issues relating to your order. Please email us at care@nutrigrams.com during standard business hours 10.30 am - 6 pm IST M-F, and a representative will be in touch with you. Remember, all queries are answered in the order in which they are received, and as a result, delays occur from time to time. Requests made outside of standard weekday business hours will be addressed as soon as possible.
