Refund policy
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns.
But in the following rare and unfortunate scenarios, we will be more than happy to send across a replacement, if the request for replacement has been raised within 2 days of delivery of order:
- Wrong products delivered.
- Missing products in the order.
- Damaged products delivered.
- Expired products delivered.
For us to resolve your replacement request faster, please make a short video of you unboxing the product, if possible. It will help us to verify the genuinity of your claim. Once we have verified your request we will ship your replacement as soon as possible.
We might ask you to ship the original product back to us once your replacement is verified. Keep the product unopened and unused.
In case we are not able to process your replacement after successful verification, we will issue a refund to your account.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order any time before an order is shipped by calling or writing to us. In such a case, we will refund your payments if already made by you for the order. Please note that we generally ship the order within 1 business day.
Cancellation after shipment or delivery will be considered, at the sole discretion of Nutrigrams, on a case-to-case basis. In general, we will provide full co-operation for all cancellations if the reasons are genuine.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, such orders could be cancelled at our sole discretion.
To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, Nutrigrams reserves the absolute right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability. Nutrigrams also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on Website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
We may contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your account. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded. Further, in case of suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to inform law enforcement officials and provide them with all transaction details that may be requested for investigation of any illegal activity.
Nutrigrams may cancel any orders that classify as 'Bulk Order' under certain criteria at any stage of the product delivery. An order can be classified as 'Bulk Order' if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, and any additional criteria as defined by us:
- Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale.
- Multiple orders placed for the same product at the same address, depending on the product category.
- Bulk quantity of the same product ordered.
- Invalid address given in order details.
- Any malpractice used to place the order.
IMPORTANT NOTE
A customer may be considered loss to business if any of the following scenarios are met:
- Customer with a very high return rate.
- Invalid/Incomplete address cases.
- Repeated request for monetary compensation for petty issues.
Account for the Users falling in fraudulent or loss to business category may be blocked. Further, in case of suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to inform law enforcement officials and provide them with all transaction details that may be requested for investigation of any illegal activity.
